It culminates with a set of practices aimed at optimizing the use of tables, colors, and icons to enhance the readability and usability of these critical documents significantly. Duration 8 academic hours Course Starting Dates Coming soon Cost - Prerequisites Experience in writing procedures of work, SOPs or guidelines Syllabus Highlights The following topic will be covered: The Challenge: Understanding the complexities of procedures-based documents. The Procedures-Based Documents Pyramid: Unveiling the structure and hierarchy. Planning a New or Renewed Document: Strategic approaches to effective planning. Enhancing Clarity with Tables: Making information more accessible. Effective Use of Colors and Icons: Enhancing visual appeal and comprehension. User Guides: Creating user-friendly documents for seamless navigation Testimonials This was an excellent course. It covered a wide range of AI-in-KM topics, content, and tools with great consistency and depth. I found the real-world case studies particularly valuable, enriching the experience with examples and offering great insights for further improving AI applications in KM. The program was also very well-distributed and facilitated. It went by so fast, though. The final project was a great experience for me, like an invitation (and a kind push) to adopt AI in a better way. Well curated and intense content, designed for implementation, covering all aspects from KM Strategy to KM Processes (COP/ K Mapping/ Expert Location/ Campaigns etc) to Content Management + Change Management + Creative Packaging of Knowledge. The certification requires a Project Submission (I created an actual AI Agent); There were case studies presented by organisations. I've come out with actual knowledge on how to implement Ai in an organization! Worth the Investment many times over!
