SOPs and Smart documents’ accessibility

ROM developed unique methodologies for writing procedures based on "smart documents".

In service organizations, procedures are broken down into items of knowledge and thus are made easier to understand and use.

In other organizations, the documents begin with a graphic map (concept map) that explains the essence of the document visually, making it easier to navigate,  understand, and later implement.

In either case,  procedures are written with the end user in mind, both in their organization and wording.
