Notification of New Knowledge

Today, due to the proliferation of documented knowledge and information, a fierce battle is being waged between PULL and PUSH:
PULL - An approach where employees proactively seek knowledge. Its main disadvantage is that the user doesn't know what they don't know and what they should request and demand.
PUSH - An approach where knowledge is pushed to the employee. Its main disadvantage: its aggressiveness. It bursts in and irritates, and if not sufficiently focused, includes a lot of "junk."
The Notification
One of the golden paths. In a fixed area, grouped notifications by topic (to significantly reduce the volume) provide the user with essential knowledge and information they should know. A little PUSH, but not too much. If the user is interested, they can perform the PULL themselves on topics that are indeed important to them.
