Gamification is a tool for integrating positive emotional experiences into the activity routine and during peak events in the organization.

ROM offers a wide range of physical and digital gamification solutions, adaptable to the needs and culture of different organizations. Our custom-built digital escape rooms are an example of an organizational tool enhancing knowledge while building the team and having fun. These escape rooms can be used as the main experience or as a start to other team exercises.
