Founded ROM in 1999 at a time when Knowledge Management in Israel was merely taking its first baby steps.
Moria holds a B.Sc. in mathematics & computer science, a M.Sc. in computer sciences and a Ph.D. in Knowledge Management (optimizing organizational Knowledge Management). She is thoroughly experienced in various computing fields (due to 30 years of experience) and is involved in the field of Knowledge Management since 1998. In recent years, Moria has led the field of Knowledge Management by constantly developing implementable methodologies, by distributing 2Know Magazine- the only KM magazine in Israel and lecturing on the global stage at conventions and seminars on the importance of Knowledge Management and on its methods of implementation.
Moria is chairman of the KM Forum- the committee which coordinates all parties dealing with the disciplin of knowledge management in Israel as well as chairman of the Expert Committee on Knowledge Management on behalf of the ISO (International). She is also the author of the books "A holistic approach to lessons learned" and "Managing knowledge workers", editor in Chief of the the series (5 bools) of "Knowledge Management in Israel: an essay collection" and is member on the Ministry of Education committee for data & information studies.

Anat hold a Master’s degree in information science from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in sociology and anthropology from Bar Ilan University.

She brings to ROM much past experience in developing knowledge management systems, organizing and managing content, content editing, writing work procedures, designing and editing data entry templates, developing and formulating training programs.
At ROM, Anat serves as a knowledge management consultant for a variety of organizations, including banks and high-tech firms. She specializes in designing, characterizing, implementing and assimilating SharePoint solutions. Her primary activities are focused in areas related to identifying knowledge requirements, characterizing processes to support knowledge management and assistance in developing knowledge solutions with IT. She also specializes in content editing..

Hadas holds a master's degree in communication and international relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a BA in organizational consulting from Tel Aviv University.

Hadas came up in the communications world and for several years served as a consultant for change management and internal communication.
Hadas brings to ROM extensive experience in system function analysis of organizational portals, improving interfaces and work processes, managing digital content and digital channels, and supporting organizations through major and significant changes.

In recent years, in the course of lesson production processes and risk management, Hadas has been involved in designing and managing digital channels, designing UX. In addition, she led facilitation of learning groups in knowledge development processes, and developing and formulating training courses, and organizing and structuring content.

Yael has been working in Knowledge Management since 2001.

Yael has extensive experience in editing content and establishing knowledge management systems in large organizations. She specializes in knowledge needs mapping, system functional analysis, mapping and constructing work processes, supporting and implementing Knowledge Management systems and portals, and internal marketing.

 Yael also specializes in digital marketing and website design.

Yanina holds a Master’s degree in mass communication from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in communication and political science from Yezreel Valley College.
She brings to ROM extensive experience in information administration and searches, organizational knowledge management, and managing websites, including administration, characterization and site development.
At ROM, Yanina is a knowledge management consultant. She specializes in the following areas:

• Mapping knowledge requirements, formulating the strategies and developing the technological attitudes needed to manage knowledge within organizations.
• Formulating and developing professional knowledge sites and desktops (using employee interviews); analysis of organizational information bases and creating links to professional desktop tools; Creating prototypes and content charts, requirement specs.
• Creating web portals, and providing practical application tools for the sites, including documents management.
• Assimilating knowledge management attitudes and the use of knowledge sites, including assisting in developing work habits to make use of new sites, assistance in collecting, preparing and inputting knowledge, assistance in operations and developing use habits, preparing work plans to implement and encourage the use of newsletters.
•  Preserving knowledge of leaving experts.

Dafi holds a BA degree in education and sociology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
At ROM, Dafi specializes in implementing best usage of Content Management systems and content feeding in intranets and websites.

Freddy is a graduate of Interactive Communication at Ruppin College
He Has extensive experience in the digital worlds in Hebrew and Spanish languages
In addition, he deals with the worlds of social media in the international arena

Igal holds a Master's degree in marketing specialization and a BA in management and tourism.
At ROM, Igal serves as a Knowledge Management consultant and leads digital platforms for corporate communications.
He is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of a variety of digital platforms including assimilation, continuous improvement and utilization of content. He works closely with users to ensure that the platforms are constantly meeting the organization's needs.
Igal brings to ROM prior experience in marketing and customer management, digital platform management, and creativity.

Lior has experience in the world of Knowledge Management in service centers and in promoting and improving processes and applications.
Lior Specializes in system functional analysis, management and organization of content editing.
As part of his activities at ROM, Lior is involved in promoting and upgrading service centers’ knowledge bases, management and maintenance of ongoing content and related processes.

Marcos holds a BA in International Trade from the Brazilian University (UNIP) with a specialization in International Marketing
Marcos has extensive experience in digital content

Michal holds a Master's degree in Library Sciences from Bar Ilan University (specializing in Knowledge Management) and a BA in English and English Literature from Bar Ilan University.
Michal brings to ROM many years of experience in writing procedures & guidelines, editing and organizing complex content in both English and Hebrew.
At ROM, Michal serves as a Knowledge management consultant specializing in Retiree & Expert’s Knowledge Retention in a variety of projects including newsletter production, website conversion and content editing.

Moran holds a Master's Degree in Development and Organizational Consulting (specializing in Strategy and organizational management) and a BA in Behavioral Science -Human Resources.

At ROM, Moran serves as a Knowledge Management consultant, mainly establishing and managing content in intranets and websites, working with content experts and knowledge leaders.

Noa is a digital designer specializing in UI / UX.

Noa has many years of experience working with the market's leading companies including: startups, high tech companies, Huge organizations (such as Teva), government offices and large private companies.

Her capabilities include User Experience consulting, web design, print and digital marketing materials design, printing products of all kinds, designing for conferences including Concept and Look & Feel, and preparing all the products for the conference. She also has extensive knowledge in video editing, animation and postproduction software.

Or is a lawyer with a BA in Law from Tel Aviv University.

Sarah is an experienced project manager in the field of digital, global operations.
Sarah Specializes in web site management starting from the project building, content editing, marketing, SEO and data analytics.
Sarah supports projects also after its launch to, with ongoing maintenance, providing knowledge management solutions.
