Noga holds a Master’s degree cum lauda in organizational psychology from Bar-Ilan University and a B.A. cum lauda in behavioral sciences from Ben-Gurion University. As part of her Master’s work she participated in a consulting project that included an organizational diagnostic process at a financial corporation.
Noga brings to ROM extensive experience in areas that include organizational diagnosis and consulting, group facilitation, and oversight and evaluation. She has experience with several knowledge management systems, including SharePoint, and has led and managed a variety of projects at a range of institutions, including global, public, security and government organizations.
Noga currently manages several projects at leading Israeli and global organizations. Her main activities are related to:
- Establishment and long-term implementation of knowledge management solutions
- Group facilitation in knowledge development
- Harnessing knowledge management for improving student safety in the education system
- Enabling access to lessons learnt, throughout the organization
- Developing professional communities for bottom-up knowledge sharing
- Developing and facilitating workshops both for knowledge management owners and users
In addition, Noga specializes in mentoring and guiding experts, and managing change – leading diagnostic processes, transforming positions and dealing with resistance, - promoting cultural actions for sharing knowledge, managing training activities, and more.
