Founded ROM in 1999 at a time when Knowledge Management in Israel was merely making its first baby steps.
Moria holds a BA in mathematics & computer science, an MA in computer sciences and a PHD in Knowledge management (optimizing organizational Knowledge Management). She is thoroughly experienced in various computing fields (due to 30 years of experience) and is involved in the field of Knowledge Management since 1998. In recent years, Moria has led the field of Knowledge Management by constantly developing implementable methodologies, by distributing 2Know Magazine- the only KM magazine in Israel and by lecturing at conventions and seminars on the importance of Knowledge Management and on its methods of implementation.
Moria is chairman of the KM Forum- the committee which coordinates all parties dealing with the subject of Knowledge Management in Israel as well as chairman of the expert committee on Knowledge Management on behalf of the ISO (International). She is also the author of a book on managing knowledge workers (published in both English and Hebrew), Editor in Chief of the 2012 and 2015 editions of "Knowledge Management in Israel: an essay collection" and is responsible for the promotion of a full curriculum of KM studies (digital knowledge discovery: data, knowledge and internet).

Anat hold a Master’s degree in information science from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in sociology and anthropology from Bar Ilan University.

She brings to ROM much past experience in developing knowledge management systems, organizing and managing content, content editing, writing work procedures, designing and editing data entry templates, developing and formulating training programs.
At ROM, Anat serves as a knowledge management consultant for a variety of organizations, including banks and high-tech firms. She specializes in designing, characterizing, implementing and assimilating SharePoint solutions. Her primary activities are focused in areas related to identifying knowledge requirements, characterizing processes to support knowledge management and assistance in developing knowledge solutions with IT. She also specializes in content editing.

Maya holds a BA in economics and management from the College of Management Academic Studies, with a specialization in financing and information systems. She has brought to ROM extensive experience in project management, characterizing cross-organizational processes, management and maintenance of ongoing processes, organizing and editing content and work with content experts.
At ROM, Maya serves and a knowledge management consultant. Her primary activities are focused in areas related to the establishment of knowledge communities, mapping and characterizing requirements, supporting in the establishment and implementation of knowledge management systems, content editing, and ongoing collaboration with content experts.

Noga holds a Master’s degree cum lauda in organizational psychology from Bar-Ilan University and a B.A. cum lauda in behavioral sciences from Ben-Gurion University. As part of her Master’s work she participated in a consulting project that included an organizational diagnostic process at a financial corporation.

Noga brings to ROM extensive experience in areas that include organizational diagnosis and consulting,  group facilitation, and oversight and evaluation. She has experience with several knowledge management systems, including SharePoint, and has led and managed a variety of projects at a range of institutions, including global, public, security and government organizations. 
Noga currently manages several projects at leading Israeli and global organizations. Her main activities are related to: 
  • Establishment and long-term implementation of knowledge management solutions
  • Group facilitation in knowledge development
  • Harnessing knowledge management for improving student safety in the education system
  • Enabling access to lessons learnt, throughout the organization
  • Developing professional communities for bottom-up knowledge sharing
  • Developing and facilitating workshops both for knowledge management owners and users

Nurit holds a Master’s degree in organizational sociology from Haifa University and a B.A in sociology, anthropology and history from the Hebrew University.
As part of her prior work as Max Brenner's knowledge manager, Nurit brings to ROM extensive experience in developing and managing knowledge management systems, managing global knowledge communities, characterizing, mapping and building organizational portals, and training groups.
As part of her responsibilities at ROM, Nurit leads a number of knowledge management projects at Israel's leading companies. Her primary activities are focused on:
